Martin Phillips, the 30 year-old winger released by Argyle at the end of last season, has been snapped up by Torquay United.

The move had been long anticipated, as Buster has been training with Torquay over the summer. Today it was announced he has signed a one-year deal, and he will not feel too far from home having been born in Exeter and played for Plymouth, Exeter City and now Torquay, in addition to Manchester City in his career.
