November's Home Defeat to Leeds

Sometimes, I feel we at Argyle Mad should not be overly vocal in my opinions, on this website anyway, but this is what fan's would rather hear than mundane, impartial and formal press releases that fear the effects of 'saying it how it is'. Though, perhaps its time to take a leaf out of Brain Clough, or even Mike Newell's book.

I've seen some great performances from Leeds, somethimes when we are on the receiving end. But today, the whole of Plymouth are just to feel upset by the following three persons.

--o0o--

1 - Dennis Wise, for commenting on Argyle 'being very physical' - is that not the most hypocritical thing ever said by any man, Mr 'I want my team to be nasty'.
2 - Shaun Derry, the Whites skipper. This lad is a good public speaker and seems a nicve guy, but his blatant elbow on Paul Wotton was DISGUSTING. Leeds fan's will jump to his defence no doubt but wait until you've seen it. Sick. It makes Wise's comments more hilariously ridiculous!
3 - and fianlly the Argyle team. Yes, the Greens. Aside from the two above, Leeds did not disgrace themselves on the football pitch, and did their job with so much pressure on. So, why couldn't Argyle make the most of the scenario. Indiscipline and poor attitude in terms of complacency and respect.

Time to sort it out Ollie, particularly the home form. Not that it's your fault of course, but for too long has this club had a team that lets down its fans on false hope... I, for one, believe this isn't a Charlton-style fluke and complacent start.

PS My apologies to Leeds fans for the thread title on the messageboard. Sorry to be critical of your manager and captain, but while your probably lovin' them at the moment, they've gone way down in my estimation.
