The player said "I've never been to Luton but I'm looking forward to the experience of playing first-team football, I just want to play some games, improve my match-fitness and hopefully score some goals."
Donnelly will hopefully gain much needed game time as he has only made it onto the pictch twice since signing for Plymouth back in March, both as a sub.
