Friio Injury Not As Bad As First Thought

Friio limped out of Tuesday nights game against Reading and left Home Park on crutches but manager Bobby Williamson has revealed that the midfielder is back in training and in contention for a place in the Pilgrims starting line-up for the game against Paul Jewels side on Saturday.

"He is fine and he will be training and in contention for the game on Saturday," Williamson told the Evening Herald.

"He came off but sometimes you don't know how bad it is and you have to wait until the next day.

"It is just a knock."
