Nottingham Forest v Plymouth. Match preview

It was initially feared that Tyson - who has scored in his last two games - had broken his foot in the 2-0 win at Charlton last weekend after being forced off at half-time, but X-rays showed no break and he could be fit to return.

Defender Kelvin Wilson missed the win at the Valley last weekend through illness but should be fit to return, but long-term absentees Julian Bennett and Guy Moussi are still sidelined.

Left-back Bennett is set to undergo surgery on his cruciate ligament problem on Friday, while midfielder Moussi is likely to return to training next month after his ankle injury.

Plymouth midfielder Simon Walton can return to the squad for the trip.

Walton has completed a three-match ban for the red card he was shown against Barnsley before Christmas, although whether manager Paul

Sturrock will bring him back into the frame remains to be seen.

Sturrock was furious at the "petulance" of the 21-year-old for his dismissal against the Tykes and placed him on the transfer list as a result.

Argyle will be without right-back David McNamee at the City Ground as he serves the second of his own three-game ban following his red card against Cardiff, so on-loan Manchester United defender David Gray is likely to keep his place.

Gray made his debut in the FA Cup defeat to Arsenal two weeks ago - where he scored an own goal - but missed out on the chance to make his home bow last weekend when the game with Crystal Palace was postponed.

Belgian international striker Emile Mpenza - an unused sub at Arsenal two weeks ago - will be hoping to earn a starting spot.
