Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock has made defender Marcel Seip available for transfer.

The Dutchman, who was fined two weeks' wages and transfer-listed by Sturrock last year when he refused to be a substitute for a home game against Charlton Athletic has again fallen out with the Pilgrims boss.

It is believed the two men were involved in a dressing room bust-up after last month's 3-1 home defeat by Sheffield Wednesday.

"After a breach of discipline and a discussion with the powers that be, we feel it's an appropriate time for Marcel to move on," said Sturrock.

"He's been fined two weeks' wages for his indiscretion and placed on the transfer list.

"We know he can't transfer anywhere at this time, but we'd like to think the first step would be going out on loan."
