Williamson Sacked!

Witn Argyle down in 21st place in the Championship table after six games played so far this season the club have dispensed with the services of Williamson who has been in charge at Home Park since April 2004.

"The board of Plymouth Argyle today announced it has served notice to terminate the contract of employment of Bobby Williamson," a statement on the club's official website reads.

"With immediate effect, coach Jocky Scott will assume responsibility for first team affairs while a search for a successor commences."
